Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In original packaging with all parts and manuals (if applicable)

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items returned used, damaged, or outside the return window may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale products that have already shipped or clearance items

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Used or altered items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@barmika.ca with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model in a different color or condition, please contact support@barmika.ca for instructions.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs fees. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may vary due to currency exchange.

Refunds

1. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within –7 business days.

  • We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or delays caused by your payment provider.
