1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM (Pacific Time), excluding holidays. Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day. We currently offer free shipping to Canada, the United States, and Mexico on all regular orders. Orders placed after hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Mexico

  • Select international countries

3. Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Mexico: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and other regional partners, depending on your location and shipping method.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and selected shipping speed.
We may offer free or flat-rate shipping during special promotions.

We currently offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Canada, the USA, and Mexico.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment online through the carrier’s website.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@barmika.ca within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
